Terms and Conditions 條款及細則

No walk-in visitors will be admitted. All visitors must register in advance via Eventbrite.
本活動恕不接受即場登記，所有參觀者必須透過 Eventbrite 預先登記。

By registering, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
閣下一經登記，即表示同意並接受以下條款及細則：

1.Visiting Maryknoll Convent School (Primary Section) 參觀瑪利諾修院學校（小學部）

Visitors must respect the School environment and comply with all School rules and staff instructions during their visit.

訪客在校期間必須尊重校園環境，並遵守本校一切規則及教職員之指示。

2. Registration Limit 登記人數限制

• Each Eventbrite account may register one (1) person only.
  每個 Eventbrite 帳戶僅可為一（1)人登記。

• Each participant must hold an individual registration and QR code.
  每位參加者均須持有個人登記及其專屬二維碼。

3. Event Date & Time Slot 活動日期及時段

• Registration is valid for 28 March 2026 only. Please select one available time slot when registering. Entry is permitted only during your confirmed time slot. No walk-ins will be accepted.
  是次登記只適用於 3 月 28 日。請於登記時選擇一個可供選擇的時段，參觀者只可於獲確認之時段內進場。本活動恕不接受即場登記。

4. Children Policy 兒童安排

• Children aged three (3) or below do not require registration but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
  三 (3) 歲或以下之兒童毋須登記，但必須全程由家長或監護人陪同。

• Children under twelve (12) years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the visit.
  十二 (12) 歲以下之兒童必須全程由家長或監護人陪同參觀。

5. Entry Requirements 進場安排

• Upon arrival on 28 March 2026, please present your Eventbrite confirmation (a QR code) and a valid identification document at the designated entrance during your reserved time slot for verification. 
  參觀者須於 3 月 28 日，在已預留之時段內於指定入口出示 Eventbrite 確認（包括二維碼）及有效身份證明文件，以供核實。  

• All participants must register with their full names as shown on their identification documents. Identification checks may be conducted upon entry. 
  所有參加者必須以其身份證明文件上的全名進行登記，入場時或需接受身份核對。  

• Each participant is required to present his/her own QR code for scanning at the entrance.
  每位參加者須在進場時出示其個人二維碼以便掃描。

• Please arrive early to allow time for QR code scanning at the entrance.
  為方便掃描 二維碼辦理入場，請提早到達學校。

• Check-in will close 15 minutes before the end of the session.
  入場登記將於該時段結束前 15 分鐘截止。

6. Cancellation 取消安排

• If the School is closed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather or special incidents), all bookings for that day will automatically become invalid.
  如因不可預見的情況（例如惡劣天氣或特別事故）而導致學校當日須關閉，是日所有預約將自動失效。

7. Restricted Areas 限制區域

• Certain areas of the campus, including classrooms, staff offices and other restricted facilities are not open to visitors. Please do not enter any restricted areas without prior authorisation.
  校園內部分範圍，包括課室、教職員辦公室及其他受限制設施，不對訪客開放。未經事先授權，請勿進入任何限制區域。

8. Visitor Conduct 訪客守則

• Visitors must comply with all applicable laws, School policies and staff instructions. Please respect the School environment and ensure that your visit does not disrupt school operations or activities.
  訪客必須遵守一切適用法例、本校規章及教職員指示。請愛護校園環境，並確保參觀活動不會妨礙本校的運作或活動。

9. Prohibited Activities 禁止活動

• Unauthorised commercial activities are strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, soliciting, selling goods, distributing promotional materials, or bringing visitors into the School in violation of School regulations.
  校園內嚴禁任何未經授權之商業活動，包括但不限於兜售、銷售貨品、派發宣傳品，或以違反本校規定的方式帶同訪客進入校園。

10. Personal Information Collection Statement 個人資料收集聲明

• We value the privacy of our attendees and ensure that all personal data is handled securely for the purposes of this event.
  我們重視參加者的私隱，並確保所有個人資料僅用於本活動相關用途，並安全處理。

10.1 Data Collected by Maryknoll Convent School (Primary Section) 瑪利諾修院學校（小學部）收集的資料

• First Name, Last Name, and Email Address will be collected to generate a unique QR code for event entry and facilitate check-in.
  本校將收集名字、姓氏及電郵地址，用於生成專屬二維碼以便進場及登記流程。

• All data will be securely deleted immediately after the event concludes.
  所有個人資料將於活動結束後立即安全刪除。

10.2 Data Collected and Handled by Eventbrite
Eventbrite 收集及處理的資料

• Eventbrite collects information necessary for registration, including basic identifiers (e.g., name, email) and technical data (e.g., IP address, cookies).
  Eventbrite 收集登記所需的資料，包括基本身份識別資訊（如名字、電郵地址）及技術數據（如 IP 地址、Cookies）。

• Eventbrite may share data with the School, essential service providers, or legal authorities if required.
  Eventbrite 可能會將資料分享予本校、必要的服務提供者或法律機構（如有需要）。

• Eventbrite does not sell personal data to third-party advertisers or marketing agencies.
  Eventbrite 不會將個人資料售予第三方廣告商或市場推廣機構。

10.3 User Control 用戶控制

• Attendees can delete their data through their Eventbrite accounts after the event but note that deleting data before the event will cancel the ticket.
  參加者可於活動結束後通過 Eventbrite 帳戶刪除其個人資料，但請注意，若在活動前刪除資料，登記將被取消。

• To opt out of Eventbrite marketing emails, attendees may use the “unsubscribe” link or update their email preferences in their Eventbrite account.
  如欲取消訂閱 Eventbrite 的市場推廣電郵，參加者可點擊電郵底部的「取消訂閱」連結，或在其 Eventbrite 帳戶中更新電郵偏好設定。

All programmes and arrangements are subject to the School’s final decision and may be changed without prior notice.
