Dear Maryknoll Convent School community,

It is my pleasure and honor to extend the warmest greetings and welcome to you now at the inception of a new school year!

Our dedicated team of teachers and staff have been at school working eagerly awaiting the return of our students. We especially look forward to receiving our youngest, the new Primary One students, and their families. Welcome to the Maryknoll community!

We at Maryknoll believe in the individuality of every child and the dignity of every person. We endeavor to provide a learning, nurturing environment in which the child can develop her unique gifts to excellence – intellectual, physical, in aesthetics and other realms – and by so unfold her full potentials with joy and satisfaction.

We believe that each person is formed in God’s image, and that the treasure of compassion, generosity of spirit and of Love is innate in every child. We will fortify these qualities so our girls will be strong in their moral compass as they negotiate future challenges in a changeable world. We further envisage them to become active contributors to an ever-better society and to find meaning in serving others.

We at Maryknoll Primary School are always cognizant of the gift and responsibility that we hold – 6 to 12 years of age are truly the formative years for the girls’ long lives ahead. As we calibrate the course for their launch forward we are always first and foremost caring of our girls in their wellbeing. We want their primary school life to be a time of happiness, a treasure trove of good memories, of friendship, of wonders and of beauty that they can dip into, like a well that never depletes, in their long long years ahead.
