STEAM Development Officer

Maryknoll Convent School (Primary Section), a Catholic girls’ school committed to holistic and values-based education, is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking STEAM Development Officer to lead the strategic development of STEAM and AI initiatives across the school. Working within our EMI environment, the successful candidate will support curriculum innovation while ensuring the effective coordination of science practical work and STEAM learning experiences.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of STEAM and AI-related curriculum initiatives in line with school development priorities
  • Ensure progression and coherence of STEAM learning across year levels
  • Support the preparation, coordination and safe conduct of science practical lessons and experiments
  • Maintain laboratory resources, equipment and safety standards in accordance with school policies
  • Plan and coordinate STEAM programmes, enrichment activities and student innovation projects
  • Support teachers in integrating AI and digital tools into teaching, learning and assessment
  • Provide professional development to enhance staff capability in STEAM and digital pedagogy
  • Oversee and promote effective use of the Q-Hub (the school’s dedicated STEAM and innovation facility)
  • Support the strategic procurement and management of STEAM, laboratory and digital resources

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in a science, technology or related discipline
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English suitable for an EMI school environment
  • Relevant experience in curriculum development, science laboratory support, or educational innovation
  • Sound understanding of STEAM education and emerging technologies, including AI applications in education
  • Strong organisational skills with careful attention to laboratory safety and procedures

誠聘 IT 發展助理 (IT Development Assistant)

本校誠邀具熱誠及責任感的人士加入我們的團隊,協助學校日常資訊科技運作,並支援數碼工具及 AI 應用於教學上的推展。

主要職責

  1. 日常技術支援
  • 為學校活動提供技術支援,包括影片拍攝、剪輯及音響設備設置與操作
  • 支援日常教學,包括手提電腦、流動裝置 (MDM) 及電子白板 (Smartboard) 的安裝、維護及操作
  • 安排及管理 Zoom 視像會議
  • 執行網絡管理、硬件維修及軟件問題排解
  • 協助 IT 器材搬運
  1. 數碼工具及 AI 應用支援
  • 協助教師將現成的 AI 工具(如生成式 AI、教學平台等)應用於教學及學習中
  • 維護及優化現有校本系統及內部平台
  • 協助簡單的工作流程自動化(如表單、文件整理等)
  • 協助執行資料管理及保安措施
  1. 資產管理
  • 定期進行 IT 資產清點及資料檔案整理
  • 確保學校資產紀錄準確無誤

 

應徵要求

  • 持有資訊科技相關文憑或證書
  • 具備技術支援經驗者優先
  • 具影片拍攝及剪輯經驗者優先
  • 熟悉電腦操作、音響設備及網絡基礎知識
  • 對 AI 工具應用有興趣或基本認識
  • 細心、認真、有責任感,具良好溝通及團隊合作精神
  • 能操流利廣東話,具中英文書寫能力
  • 能應付體力勞動工作(器材搬運)
