The objectives of this reading programme for Primary 6 students in January 2024 & 2025 are to teach the importance of companion animals in our lives, foster compassion for all living creatures, and promote safety around animals and responsible pet care. Our guest speaker, Ms. Karina O’Carroll, Manager of Animal Welfare Education at the Animals Asia Foundation, also led a ‘Dog Presentation’ session, demonstrating how to interact with dogs appropriately. Students gained valuable insights from the presentation and enjoyed an enriching experience as responsible pet owners.
