P.3 – P.4 Admission (Academic Year 2026/2027)

(A) Application Period: 8 April 2026 – 23 April 2026

Starting Time: 9:00 a.m. on 8 April 2026

Closing Time: 5:00 p.m. on 23 April 2026

Kindly allocate some time to complete your application form and upload relevant documents. Please be aware that late applications submitted after 5:00 p.m. on 23 April 2026, will NOT be accepted.

(B) Application Procedure:

1. Complete the online application form. (Kindly login through your Gmail Account to get access to the Google Form.)
2. Upload the following in TWO separate PDF files (one for academic reports and one for certificates):
   2.1 Student’s academic reports of the following academic school year(s):
   • Applying for P.3 – P.4: ( Please press here. )
   • 2025-2026 (Latest of the current academic year);
   • 2024-2025 (Last school term of the academic year); and
   • 2023-2024 (Last school term of the academic year, except application for P.3)

2.2 Student’s certificates of awards (if any)

Format of the document:

• • Upload academic reports and certificates as TWO separate PDF files.
  • Each PDF file with a maximum of 10-page content, the file size should not exceed 10MB.
  • File name: Grade applied_Name in English, e.g. P3_Chan Mary Siu Man

(C) Admission Entrance Examination:

1. Shortlisted applicants will be informed via e-mail for a written assessment on 6 May 2026.
2. Date of Entrance Examination: 15 May 2026
3. Subjects: Chinese, English, Mathematics (in English)

(D) Admission Interview:

Only shortlisted applicants from entrance examination will be invited to school for Admission Interview with their parents.

Remarks:

• Applicants are advised to submit their applications early to avoid heavy internet traffic near the deadline 23 April 2026 (5:00 p.m.).
• Incomplete information will not be processed.
• All information collected will only be used for admission related purposes.
• All application forms with related documents will be destroyed upon completion of the admission process.
